A Place to Play
At Casselberry Chess Club, we recognize the need for chess players to have a place to play chess regularly, in person. While playing through the internet is convenient, we believe playing friendly, over-the-board games is a more enjoyable experience, and a better way to connect with each other than playing through a computer screen. We understand that in the Orlando area, the options for chess players are limited so we exist to provide a location for chess players to play in person and make friends with other chess players.
For All Ages and Skill Levels
We are committed to providing a fun, exciting, positive chess experience to everybody who is interested. Our chess club has been visited by complete beginners and titled masters. We strive to provide a welcoming environment to beginning chess players, who may be intimidated by the idea of playing with more experienced players, and give them all the opportunities we can to improve their skills.
Operating in Casselberry, Florida
The Casselberry Chess Club is proud to work with the City of Casselberry to provide central Florida chess players with a place to meet, play and improve. To maintain our good relationship with the City of Casselberry, we kindly request a $1.00 donation per visit from our regular members to pay for facility rental. However, first-time visitors play for free, as we consider you a guest and we would like to show good hospitality.
